Joyful living can be made possible.  By uncovering truths about who you are and what may be holding you back in life, you have the potential to heal and transform yourself.  In addition to being used to treat symptoms of emotional pain, therapy is also a powerful tool for self discovery.  In this way, therapy can help us release ways of being in the world which cause us distress or dis-ease.

My style is loving, non-judgmental, and creative.  My role as a therapist is to help empower you to change.  I do this by uncovering unconscious mechanisms that drive your current issues.  Unconscious material comes into focus by our discussing your past relationships and life events.


My goal as a therapist is to work with you in a collaborative manner to help you reach your goals.  You will take an active role in therapy by looking inward.  As your therapist I will assist you by promoting honesty, self-compassion, and self-acceptance in order for you to connect with your authentic self to come into your natural state of well-being.
