In individual therapy you will take an active role in the process by looking inward. As your therapist I will assist you by promoting honesty, self-compassion, and self-acceptance in order for you to connect with your authentic self, promote resilience, and come into your natural state of well-being.


I work from a psychodynamic perspective and incorporate principles of object relations, attachment theory, and Jungian therapy. This means my goal is to help uncover underlying truths about who you are, why you suffer, and what could be holding you back in life.
